Simon Cowell - Simon Cowell's pregnant lover won't leave New York
Simon Cowell's pregnant lover Lauren Silverman has hit back at suggestions she is thinking about leaving her son, Adan, behind in New York with his father Andrew so she can move to Los Angeles with the 'X Factor' boss.
Simon Cowell's pregnant lover has no plans to move to Los Angeles with him.
Lauren Silverman - who is locked in a bitter divorce battle with estranged husband Andrew Silverman - has hit back at reports she is torn after Andrew warned her not to leave New York to be with the 'X Factor' boss or he will do everything he can to prevent her from getting custody of their seven-year-old son, Adam.
Friends close to the socialite, who is set to give birth to her and Simon's first child in February, told gossip website TMZ.com that Lauren has no intention of ever moving away from her son in New York.
The brunette beauty, 36, is said to be in the final stages of signing a long-term lease for an apartment in the city and is ''setting up shop'' so she can spend as much time as possible with Adam.
Lauren is said to be furious over suggestions she would ever leave her son behind to move in with Simon, and believes Andrew's friends are selling false stories about her.
A source previously said: ''Lauren and Simon have been talking about their plans for when the baby is born. They both agree she should live with, or at least very near him, so he can be as involved as possible. This has obviously angered her husband. He has told his legal counsel she is not getting their son if she moves across the country. He just wants the best for Adam.''
It is not yet known whether Simon, who is currently holiday in St. Tropez in France, plans to relocate to New York to make the situation easier for Lauren.
The Syco Boss is allegedly staying away from her until her messy divorce from Andrew, whom she has been married to for 10 years, is finalised.
A source previously indicated that Simon and Lauren are still very much together and claimed their passionate affair began four years ago.
