Shia LaBeouf reportedly told a man he could get him ''killed'' during a drunken scrap.

The 'Transformers' star is said to have spoken to a girl at a restaurant bar after which she was crying, leading to her boyfriend confronting the actor.

According to reports in The Sun on Sunday newspaper, Shia was overhead saying: ''I can get you killed.''

The 27-year-old star was eventually kicked out of the venue, and he was described by an onlooker as ''out of control''.

The source said: ''Shia went for this guy after he upset his girlfriend. It was shocking. He looked out of control.''

It isn't the first time he has been caught up in controversy on a night out in London after being kicked in the groin for filming a woman vomiting in public.

Earlier this year, the controversial star was hit in the face twice and smashed in his manhood by a passer-by after he and a friend videoed party-goer Ash Nawaz and her sister Isis, 24, sitting on a kerb after a night out in Leicester Square, London, feeling unwell.

Speaking after the incident, Ash admitted: ''I only realised it was Shia after he'd been beaten up.

''If I'd known, I'd have let him film me as much as he liked! I have a massive crush on him.''
