One Direction - One Direction Fans Warned Of Age Restrictions On Tour
One Direction fans have been warned there will be no leniency over age restrictions at venues on the U.K. leg of the band's forthcoming stadium tour, and they will be turned away if they are not old enough.
The Best Song Ever hitmakers are due to play at a soccer ground in Sunderland, England next month (May14), but officials at the venue have urged fans to check the different age restrictions in various sections of the stadium.
Officials will not admit anyone younger than 12 to the standing area on the pitch, and under-16s with standing tickets must be accompanied by an adult. Under-12s with tickets for the seated areas also need an adult with them.
Bosses at the venue say the restrictions are in place to ensure the safety of all guests.
Similar rules apply at the other venues on the U.K. leg of the tour, including the Etihad Stadium in Manchester, Murrayfield Stadium in Edinburgh, and Wembley Stadium in London.
