Gallagher - Oasis Offered Big Money Deal For 2014 Knebworth Reunion - Report

The warring Gallagher brothers have been offered a lucrative deal to reform their band Oasis to return to Knebworth for a series of huge shows next summer (14), according to a U.K. report.

The British rock group dissolved in 2009 following a major bust-up between singer Liam Gallagher and his guitarist brother Noel backstage at a music festival in France.

The siblings have not been on speaking terms since the incident, but a new reports suggests promoters are attempting to lure the brothers back together for an Oasis reunion next year (14).

The stars and their former Oasis bandmates have reportedly been approached and offered a big money deal to return to Knebworth House in the U.K., the site of their huge concerts in the 1990s, to mark 20 years since the release of the band's debut album Definitely Maybe.

A source tells Britain's Mail on Sunday, "If the gigs happened, they would perform Definitely Maybe from start to finish."

Oasis played two gigs at Knebworth in 1996, selling more than 300,000 tickets. More than 2.6 million people reportedly attempted to land tickets for the gigs, making the shows one of Britain's most in-demand events of all time.
