Michael Jackson - Michael Jackson Wrongful Death Trial Handed Over To Jury

A wrongful death lawsuit brought by Michael Jackson's mother Katherine and his three children against concert promoters at Aeg Live is officially in the hands of a Los Angeles jury after a five-month trial.

Deliberations began on Thursday (26Sep13) after lawyers for both sides delivered their closing arguments, during which Jackson family lawyer Brian Panish branded Aeg Live a "money-making machine" for allegedly negligently hiring imprisoned medic Conrad Murray as the singer's personal physician ahead of his doomed This Is It residency in London in 2009.

He added, "All they care about is how much money is this freak (Michael) going to make for them."

Defence attorney Marvin Putnam countered Panish's claim by insisting the King of Pop personally hired Murray after refusing to take recommendations for other London-based doctors who could help with his insomnia problems.

He told the jury, "Aeg would have never agreed to finance this tour if they knew Mr. Jackson was playing Russian roulette in his bedroom every night."

Murray is currently serving time behind bars for involuntary manslaughter for administering the fatal dose of anaesthetic propofol which caused the superstar's death in June, 2009.

The Jackson family is demanding $290 million (£193.3 million) in personal damages, in addition to an undisclosed amount for Michael's lost future earnings. Previous reports have placed the Jacksons' total demand for damages at more than $40 billion. Aeg Live chiefs have denied the charges.

A unanimous decision is not required - just nine of the 12 jurors must agree to secure a verdict in the trial.

Also no land line in that house he died in which makes no sense at all! And by the way, There were numerous security cams in every room and hallway that were recording every single thing in that house and mysteriously, they are no where to be found? Hmmm wonder why that is? I definitely smell Murder for sure and anyone with a Brain Stem knows AEG, The Security Guards and Murray were all in it to make sure MJ was silenced forever.

It was Quoted Randy Phillips to MJ and told him "We are Paying for everything, Even Down to The Toilet Paper you Wipe you A$$ with" So that means They were also Paying for Conrad Murray as well. Also Conrad should be in trouble with all of the Illegal Huge amounts of Propofol he was ordering that AEG was also paying for. In my opinion...they also took Michaels life via Conrad Murray by allowing him to pump MJ full of drugs and Propofol which they paid for & is also illegal. I do not recall that part being brought up in court. I do believe Mj's life was taken by AEG hiring Murray to murder him because all they could see was $$$ Signs. Because Conrad was broke for sure and needed every dime he could get to pay all his baby mama's kids..and by the way, I do not think Debbie Rowe has any right to contact Paris Jackson due to the contract she signed for millions of dollars in exchange to let go of all parental rights so MJ could have kids and she could have horses and a huge mansion in the Hollywood hills and a Ranch etc. In several interviews she also said "those are Michael's kids, not mine" " I do not want them to ever call me mommy" He paid her millions and made a contract for her to stay away from the children. Michaels security was there to also guard him from getting any outside help to save his life. MJ was unhappy with the 02 shows because Kenny Ortega and AEG was turning it into a Circus as well. He cried out for help to anyone he could when he was able to get to a phone which was very hard and they still couldn't save him. They would not allow anyone Michael wanted to come over to get in the house. He told so many that they would make it look like an over dose on answering machines and phone calls. He was scared and knew he would be killed and was powerless to save himself and since he had no choice, he at least wanted his children to be safe. I hope the jurors will see the truth and AEG will have to pay up! No amount of money will bring MJ back, but it will make an example out of AEG and other promoters to think twice before trying to kill a celebrity for money. MJ was still young and very healthy.

The Jackson Family is asking "NOT DEMANDING". .Company's like AEG need to take control of these star's every move so they can be able to make money for them so of course they hired Murray to make sure MJ would show up because they "WERE AWARE" OF HIS MEDICAL HISTORY and they still decided to take the risk to make billions because it was the King of Pop!
