Lady GaGa has urged her fans to avoid a leaked copy of one of her new songs as the track is an unfinished demo version.
A song titled Burqa surfaced online this week (beg05Aug13) and prompted a flurry of interest from fans waiting for the release of the superstar's upcoming album Artpop later this year (13).
Reports suggest a finished version of the song will appear on the new record, and Gaga has taken to her Littlemonsters.com website to ask fans to remove links to the unauthorised demo.
When one fan posted a message asking Gaga whether she approves of the leaked song, she replied, "Please take these (links) down as much as possible."
The comment sparked a number of posts on the site from fans urging others not to download or share links to the unauthorised version.
