Lady GaGa has confirmed plans to perform in Tel Aviv next week (13Sep14), amid the ongoing Middle East crisis between Israelis and Palestinians, by posting a promotional video online.
The Backstreet Boys, Paul Anka and Neil Young are among the acts who have pulled the plug on shows in Israel this summer (14) citing security concerns, but Gaga it appears has no fears about her safety and is pressing on with her scheduled gig.
In a video posted online on Wednesday (03Aug14), the Poker Face singer says, "Shalom, this is Lady Gaga. I'm so excited to perform my new tour in Tel Aviv. I'll see you soon Israel."
The video comes days after Gaga's manager assured local media that her artRave: The ARTPOP Ball concert at Hayarkon Park in Tel Aviv would be going ahead as planned.
