Kris Jenner has been maintaining a healthy weight with the help of celebrity chef Rocco DiSpirito's meal plan.
Kris Jenner is following a healthy diet plan.
The 58-year-old television personality has been working closely with celebrity chef Rocco DiSpirito to keep her weight down with the help of his pre-prepared, nutritious meals.
Rocco told E! Online: ''I send food to California for her every day and she follows my diet since July. She lives healthy.''
However, the weight loss coach claims Kris isn't interested in shedding any pounds and says the 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star is only focused on staying in shape.
He added: ''For her it's maintaining [weight], because she looks great she doesn't need to loose weight.''
Rocco - who hosts his own reality show, 'Restaurant Divided' - also revealed Kris' soon-to-be son-in-law Kayne West's favourite meal is lasagne and he has ''high taste'' levels when it comes to cooking.
He explained: ''I haven't cooked for him per se, but he lives there, so he has had plenty of my food.
''He loves the lasagne apparently, that's what I heard from Kris. He is a good eater. He likes good food and he knows his stuff...he has high taste levels.''
This comes after Kris' daughter Kim Kardashian was reported to have taken her personal trainer Gunnar Peterson on holiday to Hawaii with the family so she can get into shape before her wedding to Kanye next month.
