Justin Timberlake's restaurant allegedly received a less than perfect score in a recent health inspection.
The 'Mirrors' hitmaker's barbecue eatery, Southern Hospitality, was given a 'B' grade by the New York City Department of Health after a routine inspection on June 19 and was docked 22 points for various violations.
Justin, who is the co-creator and creative consultant of the business, which he first opened with his best friends Trace Ayala and Eytan Sugarman in 2007, can challenge the inspection and successfully get it changed to a higher grade, according to gossip website RadarOnline.com.
Justin was spotted dining at his restaurant, located in the Hell's Kitchen neighbourhood, in November with his wife Jessica Biel and their music producer pal Timbaland after a tough day volunteering for Hurricane Sandy's relief efforts.
The restaurant was ''buzzing'' when 'The Social Network' actor and his 'Total Recall' star wife ''walked in holding hands''.
The couple tied the knot in front of more than 100 close friends and family at the plush Borgo Egnazia resort in Puglia, Southern Italy, on October 19.
The 'Cry Me A River' singer is rumoured to be preparing to reunite with his N-SYNC band mates at the MTV Video Music Awards in New York on Sunday (25.08.13).
