Why should he appear ? They did nothing for him. He's a middle aged man now, more than old enough to make his own mind up whether he wants to appear or not.

I think he is being a snob. I loved the tribute and seeing Paul and Ringo together was great. The only singer who didn't really fit in was Katy Perry and she wasn't even that bad. He still has a chip on his shoulder.
