Massimo Tamburini - Italian Motorcycle Designer Massimo Tamburini Dies At 70
Italian motorcycle designer Massimo Tamburini has died at the age of 70.
Tamburini lost his battle with lung cancer on 5 April (14) at a hospital in San Marino, Italy.
He was best known for creating the Ducati 916 and the MV Agusta F4 sport bikes, according to the New York Times.
In 1998, his work was featured in The Art of the Motorcycle Guggenheim Museum exhibition in New York.
Tamburini retired from his role at motorcycle company MV Agusta in 2008.
