Conrad Murray - Conrad Murray to leave jail in October

Dr. Conrad Murray will be released from prison on October 28.

The disgraced doctor has been granted early release and will leave Los Angeles County Jail in three months time, having served less than half of his four-year sentence for the involuntary manslaughter of Michael Jackson.

Murray - who administered the fatal dose of anaesthetic Propofol which killed the King of Pop in June 2009 - was convicted in November 2011 and has spent his sentence in solitary confinement, but with access to a TV and mobile phone.

He has been granted early release for his good conduct behind bars and to ease the burden on the prison system.

A source said: ''He has been a model inmate and the authorities have granted him an early release due to that good behaviour and the overcrowded California jail system.''

However, the decision to release Murray has infuriated the 'Thriller' star's family, including his children Prince, 16, Paris, 15, and 11-year-old Blanket.

Michael's mother Katherine said: ''It is not right I will never be able to see my son again, while his mother can see him.''

A source added to the Daily Mirror newspaper: ''Murray is the killer of Michael in their eyes. He cost them their son and father.

''For him to get out in two years is an insult. They still feel he should have been tried for murder.''

This is bull---t. Michael Jackson did not get the justice he truly deserved in California. And that SOB Murray literally got away with murder. In this state with all the crap going with prison overpopulation, I cannot understand why these idiot people who run the so-called justice system here don't just put the really hardcore criminals such as murderers and killers (Murray), rapists and child molesters in the prisons, and put the more non-violent types of criminals in the jails. This way when the prisons are too full of all the rotters they can let some of the more deserving individuals out of the jails for "good behaviour" and and put the hardcores into the jails to await space for them in the prisons. As for Murray, somebody had better tell him that Karma can be a bitch and to look out. He won't see it coming, but I truly believe he will get his.

If California is soooo overcrowed then why not release someone who is in jail for marijuana use or something petty like this, instead there ideal of justice is to release a man who (intentional or not) took a person's life and not that all lives are important the fact that of all the people on earth you killed the person is MICHAEL JACKSON? I GUESS TO THEM ALL MJ'S LIFE WAS WORTH IS HIS KILLER CAN ONLY GET A FOUR YEAR SENTENCE WHICH WAS ALREADY A SLAP IN THE FACE, BUT HIS KILLER CAN WALK IN LESS THAN TWO YEARS WHICH IS A TOTAL INSULT TO HIS FAMILY AND ALL OF HIS FANS. I guess he can become best friends with George Zimmerman since killing someone and not being TOTALLY RESPONSIBLE, is what the norm is becoming!!!

Definitely agree with the family. Just letting him out to murder again. I am so glad this idiot didn't get any of Michael's hard earned money. I'm pretty sure he won't have it easy living on the outside anyway.
