Cat Deeley wouldn't rule out plastic surgery.

The 37-year-old presenter says she feels sexier now than she did in her twenties but will leave her options open when it comes to cosmetic surgery because of the constant pressure to look beautiful in the industry.

She told Closer magazine: ''There is a lot of pressure on women in the industry but I feel sexier now than I did in my 20s.

''It's all about confidence and I feel like I've left all those niggling insecurities behind.

''But if anything makes me feel self-conscious in the future, I'd never say never about plastic surgery.''

She joked: ''I can still move my eyebrows so I haven't succumbed to botox yet.''

To maintain her svelte 5ft 9in figure, the blonde beauty exercises for 45 minutes a day, but refuses to deprive herself of carb-filled treats.

She explained: ''I try to do a bit of exercise every day - just 45 minutes of anything I fancy - whether that's a hike in the outdoors or a jog. It's good to get the endorphins going.

''I do stick to a healthy diet but I'm not afraid to let myself go.

''If I'm in Italy , I never shy away from pasta or bread. I can't be one of those people who deny themselves all naughty treats. Life would be too boring!''
