Barbra Streisand is desperate to reconnect with Beyonce in the studio after plans to record a duet together fell through.
The veteran entertainer has just released her new Partners album, featuring collaborations with all-male artists, including John Mayer, John Legend, Blake Shelton and the late Elvis Presley, but she admits there was one contemporary superstar she was disappointed not to have secured for the project.
She explains, "Beyonce tried to do something. I would love to sing with her, I'm mad for her; I think she's spectacular."
Streisand admits she is not that familiar with other young female stars, but there are a couple of others who have caught her eye.
She adds, "I'd love to sing with Rihanna, Adele, but I don't know all the other girls."
