Police were called to Stevie Wonder's Los Angeles home on Monday (08Dec08) afternoon following a family dispute between the legendary singer and his cousin.
Officers from the Los Angeles Police Department attended Wonder's San Fernando Valley estate after the star's unnamed relative arrived and reportedly began unloading items including a fridge onto the property.
Security guards at the mansion alerted police, who were quick to attend the scene. But Wonder - who was not home at the time - is said to have subsequently got in touch with emergency services and asked them to leave, calling it a "family matter," according to TMZ.com.
The star and his cousin are said to be at the centre of an ongoing property dispute. A similar incident was reported on Friday (05Dec08), with cops ushering Wonder's cousin off the premises.
