Director Steven Spielberg is taking some time off following the success of his latest film Lincoln by sailing around the world with his family this summer (13).

The moviemaker's drama about former U.S. President Abraham Lincoln took home two Oscars last month (Feb13), and now he is set for some much-needed rest and relaxation with his wife Kate Capshaw.

The couple will set sail on their $200 million (£125 million) yacht named the Seven Seas, which boasts a movie theatre, spa, and anti-seasickness system, in May (13).

During the 30,000-mile trek, the pair will revisit some of Spielberg's favourite places, such as Hawaii, where he shot Jurassic Park, and Sri Lanka, where a portion of the Indiana Jones franchise came to life.

An aide at his production company, Amblin Entertainment, tells the New York Post, "We are not expecting to see him during the summer."
