British funnyman Stephen Fry has expressed his delight after officials in his adopted hometown erected a steel sculpture in his likeness.
The actor was born in London, but grew up in the eastern region of Norfolk, England, and officials in the county's main city, Norwich, have decided to honour Fry's links to the area with a permanent tribute.
A steel sculpture of the star, which was designed by local children, has been erected close to the city's railway station, and Fry admits he feels overwhelmed by the honour.
In a post on his Twitter.com page, he writes, "Oh good gracious! Thank you kind children of Norwich! *blush*"
