The boyfriend of reality star Stephanie Pratt drove over the foot of a policeman on Saturday night (August 4, 2012). Stephanie Pratt's boyfriend Julien Chabbott, 28, was outraged when he spotted cops about to ticket his Ferrari 458 Spider in front of SoHo's luxury Mercer Hotel at around 6.15pm.
Car enthusiast Damian Morys was admiring the car when he witnessed the confrontation and started filming. In the video, Chabbott is seen sliding behind the wheel and attempting to drive away. Morys told the New York Daily News, "I couldn't believe it.He can afford a $300,000 Ferrari; he should have just taken the ticket". Chabbott is blocked by a cop, though reportedly rolled over the officer's foot, with the cop slamming his hand on the window and shouting, "You run down my f------ foot!". The irate officer than yanked Pratt's boyfriend from the car and hurled him onto the trunk. Chabbott is seen falling to the ground before officers handcuffed him. Pratt - who starred opposite Audrina Patridge and Lauren Conrad on 'The Hills' - is also seen on the video, watching the melee before being driven away by a friend.
Chabbott was charged with assault, vehicular assault, obstructing governmental administration and disorderly conduct. The policeman in question was treated for an injured left foot and right hand.
