Steel Magnolia have released their self-titled debut album.
The US-based country music duo - who shot to fame after winning TV talent show 'Can You Duet' - released the record, which features their top-10 hit 'Keep On Lovin' You', today (11.01.11).
Singers Meghan Linsey and Joshua Scott Jones - who make up the pair - explained they were thankful to their record company and The Producers who worked with them on the album, as they helped them branch out in terms of their music.
Joshua told ABC News: "We had the best musicians, and we are so grateful. Everybody just came together to really make a special project, and we're just really grateful to have it be finally coming out."
Meanwhile, Linsey explained she was thrilled with the "cohesive" feeling of the sound of 'Steel Magnolia'.
She added: "We wanted to make a record that had a little something for everybody and still kept the Steel Magnolia sound and was cohesive altogether. So, I feel like we accomplished that."
