The Spice Girls are due to kickstart their world tour with a sell-out concert in Vancouver, Canada.
Tonight's performance at General Motors Place will mark the first time the fivesome have appeared together on stage for nine years.
Over the next three months Victoria Beckham, Emma Bunton, Melanie Brown, Melanie Chisholm and Geri Halliwell will play to packed venues across six continents.
After Vancouver they are due to perform in Los Angeles and Las Vegas before their first UK gig at the O2 Arena.
Concerts in Cape Town, Shanghai and Buenos Aires follow for the Spice Girls, who had nine UK number one singles to their name before disbanding in 2001.
Last month the group performed their new single Headlines for the BBC's Children in Need from LA.
After today's full dress rehearsal Geri told the Spice Girls' official website that she was not nervous, but "really, really excited".
But Mel C said: "We are pretty petrified but we're just so excited. We feel really lucky to have a second opportunity to do this."
