After being away from our screens for over a year, South Park returns to Comedy Central bigger, badder and ruder than ever Wednesday 2 Oct, 22:00
Still basking in glory after being awarded 'Outstanding Animated Program' at this year's Emmy's® the brand new season kicks off in typical no holds barred fashion. Cartman is holding the US Government accountable for secretly monitoring all of his personal information in an all-new episode titled, "Let Go, Let Gov," premiering Wednesday, Oct 2 at 22:00 on Comedy Central.
When Cartman manages to get himself behind the doors of the NSA, he doesn't like what he finds in his personal file and thinks it's high time he told everyone the truth, by joining the social media phenomenon that is 'Sh*tter'. A brand new app that enables users, to beam their thoughts directly from their head straight to the internet, surely nothing can go wrong?
Since its debut in 1997 South Park has received numerous accolades, including six Primetime Emmy®Awards and a Guinness World Record for "Most swearing in an animated series"!
To get viewers in the mood, Comedy Central will be airing the best of Season 16 in a back-to-back extravaganza next Tuesday night from 9pm.
