The Jackie Robinson biopic 42 remained at the top of the Nielsen VideoScan First Alert video sales chart for the second week in a row last week. Home Media magazine attributed the success to a dearth of new releases and the fact that DVD and Blu-ray Disc buyers appeared to be catching up on some recent releases they hadn't yet gotten around to buying. No. 2 on the list was Disney's Teen Beach Movie, which could only be purchased at Walmart stores. Sony's Evil Dead came in at No. 3. On Home Media's rental chart, The Incredible Burt Wonderstone from Warner Bros. finished at No. 1, followed by Jack the Giant Slayer, also from Warner's, which topped the rental chart a week ago. In third place was Universal's Identity Thief.
