Sixties model and rock star spouse KIM MCLAGAN has been killed in a car crash in Texas. She was 57. The wife of former Small Faces keyboard player IAN MCLAGAN and ex-wife of The Who's late drummer Keith Moon died when the vehicle she was driving in was hit by a truck yesterday (02AUG06). She was pronounced dead at the scene. MCLagan shot to fame as KIM KERRIGAN as a teenager, with her model looks earning her an appearance in the global broadcast of THE Beatles' All You Need Is Love from Abbey Road in 1967. She married drummer Moon in 1966, aged just 16, and had a daughter, MANDY, four months later. Their union was rocked by allegations of domestic abuse, with Kerrigan claiming Moon often beat her, once breaking her nose and chasing her around their home with a gun. When the nine-year marriage fell apart, she wed MCLagan in 1978 and the couple later moved to Travis County, near Austin, Texas, where Kerrigan opened a spa. Tributes have poured in for the catwalk beauty, with close friend ELLEN MOORE insisting, "There was no-one on this earth who didn't think that she was an angel."
