Rocker Slash and his wife have been given permission to pursue a lawsuit against a realtor who allegedly conned them into buying a Hollywood Hills home.
The couple has claimed real estate agent Gregory Holcomb, of Sotheby's International Realty, misrepresented the estate they bought in 2006 - by giving them the impression it was bigger and more guest-friendly than it turned out to be.
The Velvet Revolver star later sold the home and filed for over $1 million (GBP714,000) in damages when the place wasn't as advertised - it was much smaller and featured inconvenient parking restrictions for visitors.
In court in Los Angeles on Friday (23Jan09), a judge gave Slash and his wife the greenlight to go to trial with Holcomb and his company.
