Dance music sensation Skrillex is following in the footsteps of Janis Joplin, The Band and the Grateful Dead by embarking on a whistle-stop tour of Canada by train.
The legendary artists teamed up for the famous 1970 Festival Express tour which took them across the country by rail, and now Grammy winner Skrillex is following suit by hopping onboard the Full Flex Express tour this summer (12).
He is among a number of stars, including Diplo, Pretty Lights and Grimes, who will hit the rails for a six-city Canadian trek which kicks off in Toronto on 13 July (12).
British rockers Mumford & Sons embarked on a similar adventure last year (11) when they travelled on a train to play shows between San Francisco, California and New Orleans, Louisiana for the Railroad Revival tour.
