Brothers & Sisters star Rachel Griffiths is heading back to her native Australia after the U.S. TV show was axed.
The family drama was scrapped by bosses at America's ABC network earlier this month (May11) due to falling ratings, with the finale of the fifth series being the show's last.
And Griffiths, who played one of the Walker family alongside Calista Flockhart and Sally Field, has taken the decision as a chance to return to her homeland for the sake of her three children.
She tells Sydney's Daily Telegraph, "(It) is for the kids really. They love their cousins and their grandparents. We've been away for so long, it just feels like it's time to come home. I'll still work, but the Aussie TV and film industry feels really strong at the moment. I've worked hard for ten years and I don't want to be a lead on a TV show for a while after this."
Lil Wayne was reportedly ejected from a charity basketball game in St. Louis on Sunday...
The Clapton version will be included in band’s upcoming reissue of their ‘Sticky Fingers’ album.
The ‘Year of Yes’ has so far been described as ‘surprising, hilarious, poignant, and accessible’.
