Siren's new single, Buckets of Blood, will be released later in 2012, along with debut single The Surrender, which features Lucy Rose.
The video for Buckets of Blood was directed by Goetz Werner and sees Siren skateboarding through the streets of London and playing the song on top of a building.
Siren is Stefan Evan Niedermeyer. He is half German and half Australian but was raised in Singapore and now lives in London. As well as a love of music, Stefan also has a passion for skateboarding, starting from a young age. His music influences include Arcade Fire; Beach House; Wild Beasts and Four-Tet.
Siren has worked with Ash Workman, who has worked with Metronomy; Stefan has also worked with Craig Silvey, known for his work with the Arctic Monkeys and Arcade Fire. Expect to hear a lot from SIREN in the coming year.
Lucy Rose who features on Siren's single 'Surrender' releases her new single Red Face on February 27th, 2012, with her debut album being released in the summer.
