Sir Paul McCartney has unveiled a number of intimate photos taken by his late wife Linda as part of a new commemorative book.
Linda MCCartney, who died in 1998 following a battle with breast cancer, was a rock photographer, taking snaps of stars including the Rolling Stones, Jimi Hendrix and Bob Dylan.
The Beatles legend has now handpicked his favourite images she took of celebrities, as well as his own family pictures, to be placed in Linda MCCartney: Life in Photographs.
Images include a picture of MCCartney diving into a swimming pool on holiday, his children playing while he stands outside in a robe and Hendrix performing in New York in the 1960s.
