Review of The Virgins's single One Week Of Danger

The Virgins One Week Of Danger Single

The Virgins are a four piece band hailing from New York, over the big pond, and their latest single 'One Week Of Danger' is released on Atlantic Records on 6th July.

From the single you instantly begin to think they have borrowed heavily from the bohemian bunch that is the Dandy Warhols. Whilst the single is generally OK it seems to lacks the balls you get from the Warhols.

Not too bad a start from these guys, I would probably give them three more minutes of my time to listen to something else. But if it starts off sounding like, The Strokes, The Stones or the Warhols then I'm afraid boys, I'm pressing stop.

Rating: 5 / 10
