'Regeneration' is the first single taken from the criminally underrated Leeds band Duels new album The Barbarians Move In. Released on This Is Fake DIY Records 'Regeneration' is driven by barbaric drums, duelling guitars and mildly angelic backing vocals resulting in meaty indie-rock number.

Equally appealing, yet massive in contrast, b-side 'When The Sea Comes' is a haunting piece of balladry consisting of fragile vocals tinged with vibrato and dark slow-burning piano. A solid single with a stunning b-side, hopefully 'Regeneration' will reap the credit this band so evidently deserve.
