Thanks for expressing YOUR opinion. As for the rest of us who can think for ourselves, I disagree with your observations. It's number # 1 in 8 countries. Bruno Mars is fast becoming a household name.
Oh, and he does set himself apart from Jason DeRulo and Usher. The one thing that they both use and he doesn't is a vocoder. Bruno Mars doesn't need it. His voice is on point. Also, a lot of people still put stock in an artist that can perform live w/out lip syncing. If you listen to the acoustic version of "Billionare", he hits every note and even improvises at moments.
I disagree. His voice is amazing. The beat is simple but the melody and lyrics are catchy. Also, Bruno Mars is continuing what James Blunt started w/ "You're Beautiful". Media glorifies unrealistic expectations of women. Rap videos degrade women to the point that they are just "b*tches". If anything, this song humanizes women. The song is dead romantic, not so much cheesy. Plenty of men have sung this song to their women incurring impressive results. Just look at the reviews on YouTube. Sorry to say, the only thing mediocre is this review.
