Review of Is It True That Boys Don't Cry? Single by Bleech

Review of the debut single 'Is It True That Boys Don't Cry?' from Bleech.

Managed by the man who discovered Blur, this London trio have to date toured with The Kooks and Pete Doherty, as well as gaining support from Steve Lamacq and John Kennedy. This is their debut single, released on April 14 on Ban*Jam records.

Those who are fans of nineties' guitar music could very well be rejoicing on hearing Bleech's first release, for it is a well-crafted combination of riffs and melodies that only get stronger with every listen. Jennifer O'Neill proves an engaging vocalist and by the time the second chorus sweeps around you'll no doubt be tapping/nodding/dancing along in appreciation to a promising new talent.
