Simon Cowell's struggling The X Factor drew its smallest audience yet Thursday night. The Fox talent contest attracted just 6.07 million viewers -- 31 percent fewer than a rerun of CBS's The Big Bang Theory and 14 percent fewer than a rerun of Two and a Half Men, which aired opposite it on CBS. On NBC, the two-hour finale of The Million Second Quiz averaged just 5.06 million viewers, despite the fact that it gave away $2.6 million to finalist Andrew Kravis -- the biggest cash prize in game-show history. The show peaked in the final half-hour with 6.29 million viewers.
