Simon Cowell didn't seem perturbed by the hype surrounding the forthcoming biography 'Sweet Revenge', as he dined with a female friend in Knightsbridge, London, on Wednesday (April 18, 2012). Sporting a new unkempt beard of-sorts, Cowell, 52, smiled for photographers as he made his way into popular celebrity haunt Mr Chow.
As well as Simon's female friend, he was also joined by his ex-girlfriend Jackie St Clair, her partner, and Sebastien Izambard - from the operatic group Il Divo. Simon's mystery date wore a blue dress with a satin panel and attempted to escape the photographers by jumping into a waiting Rolls Royce after the dinner. Meanwhile, across the Atlantic, Simon's former fiance Mezghan Hussainy was spotted out for lunch with pals at the Ivy on Robertson Boulevard in Los Angeles, California. The story of the pair's split is revealed in Tom Bower's forthcoming Cowell biography 'Sweet Revenge', which has been serialised in the UK's Sun newspaper. The music mogul told pals he and Hussainy split after a series of blazing rows, but that he gave her a $5 million house as a farewell gift.
Extracts from the biography have also revealed that Cowell began sleeping with Aussie pop-star Dannii Minogue while they were judges on the X Factor.
