Simon Cowell is finding it increasingly difficult to carry out his judging duties on AMERICAN IDOL - because he's found the quality of contestants has plummeted.
The sharp-tongued music mogul, who serves as a judge on the TV talent show alongside Paula Abdul and Randy Jackson, is currently touring America in search of candidates, but it's proving all too much for him.
He says, "The problem is that the more successful the show gets, the more fame the winners get, then it just increases the disillusion. That's all we get now - people who are c**p believing that they are fantastic.
