This year's 'Britain's Got Talent' winners Ashleigh Butler and her prancing pooch Pudsey are set to appear on the judging panel for the new ITV2 talent show 'Top Dog Model'.
The pair have been extremely busy since their BGT victory and recently jetted off to L.A. with their number one fan Simon Cowell to make appearances on 'America's Got Talent' and 'The Tonight Show with Jay Leno'. They signed the deal for the show which presents a modelling contract for the winning dog and will include 'pooches of all varieties, shapes and sizes' according to an ITV2 spokesperson along with a 350k deal to release Pudsey's autobiography and a further 150k pantomime deal for the pair to appear in 'DICk Whittington' in Woking this Christmas (2012). Added to their BGT winnings of 500k, the busy twosome's earnings have now reached a not-to-be-sniffed-at 1 million pounds.
You'd think all these pennies would buy little Pudsey a mountain of treats but Ashleigh has revealed that, following his weight gain over the course of 'Britain's Got Talent', he has been put on a diet and Ashleigh has invested in a dog sized treadmill to keep off those pesky pounds. The panto appearance will take place at the New Victoria Theatre in Woking and will follow teenager Ashleigh and the talented Pudsey's Royal Variety performance at London's Royal Albert Hall in November.
