Kate Middleton Silvio Berlusconi Prince William

Kate Middleton topless photos will be published a second time, this time in the Italian gossip magazine Chi, reports have emerged.

The sneakily snapped photos of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge whilst holidaying in a supposedly private French chateau have already caused worldwide controversy since being published in the French magazine Closer, however now it looks as though another continental magazine will be following suit and publishing photos from the same retreat, the BBC has reported.

Yesterday, (Friday 14th September), the Royals issued a statement detailing that they would be seeking legal action against the French magazine, however the Italian magazine has decided that despite this they will go on and print the pictures regardless. Both Closer and Chi are owned by former Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi's Mondadori media group. In a statement from Chi editor Alfonso Signorini, he said, "The fact that these are the future rulers of England makes the article more interesting and topical.[this] is a deserving topic because it shows in a completely natural way the daily life of a very famous, young and modern couple in love."

Clooney tells Time magazine he is willing to testify about the wild "bunga bunga" sex bashes but insists he only visited Berlusconi's home once to request aid for Darfur.

He explains, "I wasn't at the bunga bunga party. I went to speak about Darfur... It was a very interesting conversation to say the least, that became a very different kind of event than anyone ever thought."
