Sienna Miller stole the show at last night's UK premiere of her new film Interview.
Though the gala screening was attended by the likes of co-star Steve Buscemi, Billy Connolly and Damian Hirst, it was the 25-year-old actress who grabbed all the headlines at the Leicester Square showing.
Immaculately clad in an Alexander McQueen dress, with a trademark Balenciaga bag to complement her Chanel jewellery, Sienna glistened at the first British showing of her critically-acclaimed movie.
Already lauded by US critics for her portrayal of an apparently vacuous soap star - interviewed by Buscemi's hardened political journalist - the actress did an admirable job at dodging questions about her rumoured burgeoning romance with fellow thesp Rhys Ifans.
Though the two arrived separately - with Sienna throwing a mock strop when a hack pointed out Rhys' attendance - they have been recently photographed kissing in west London.
Buscemi, who adapted the late Theo Van Gogh's 2003 movie for his fifth directing assignment, quashed rumours that Miller's celebrity outweighed her talent at last night's showing.
"I loved working with her," The Sopranos star said. "She was my only choice for the role and she said yes without even reading the script."
He added: "I couldn't be happier with her performance She is incredibly talented and very serious about what she does."
When asked about the difficulty of playing a celebrity actress constantly plagued by the media, Sienna wryly described the role as "very challenging".
Interview opens in the UK on November 2nd.
