Sienna Miller, Anna Wintour, Gemma Arterton and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley were among the star guests in the front row at Burberry Prorsum's London Fashion Week show yesterday (19.09.11).
The British fashion house was showcasing it's spring/summer 2012 collection in Kensington Gardens and impressed its star-studded crowd with their latest offerings.
Sienna gushed to WWD: "It was un-be-lievable. I loved the parkas, the knitted leather sleeves, the raffia fringing."
Despite it being a summer collection, almost every model wore a bobble hat while thick coats and chunk knits were also dominant.
The label also stuck to its tried-and-tested trench coats, although they were given an overhaul in bright shades and bold prints.
Burberry CCO Christopher Bailey said: "This collection is all about the most detailed hand crafted pieces and fabric innovation, creating a beautiful physical experience that is communicated digitally in dynamic and diverse ways and I love balancing those two worlds."
Christopher Kane was another designer to show yesterday with Kanye West in the front row, where guests were moved to tears with his collection - which has been dubbed his best yet.
Pippa Middleton was the star attraction at the Alice Temperely show, while Pringle of Scotland and Erdem also won praise for their shows.
