On Tuesday (Nov 25th), Shia LaBeouf appeared in a New York court for a probation compliance hearing after he pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct in September following a bizarre incident when he drunkenly interrupting a performance of Broadway's 'Cabarat' this past June.

The 28 year-old actor, who sported a shaved head while wearing a navy suit, attended court with his attorney Robert Gage, who supplied evidence to show LaBeouf is complying with his drug treatment program after a judge ordered him to receive three months of substance abuse treatment, and to stay out of trouble for six months.

Since this deal was struck, the 'Fury' star has been receiving treatment at The Hills Treatment Center in Los Angeles, and if there are no new arrests during this 6 month period, his criminal record will be wiped clean.

Following the hearing, the Manhattan criminal court Judge Ann Scherzer set a return court date of March 20th for LaBeouf, in which his dismissal agreement will be evaluated. "Shia has done a terrific job of complying with his program and we appreciate the court's recognition of that," his lawyer, Gage, said after leaving court.

During the Broadway incident, Police were called shortly after LeBeouf entered Studio 54 and quickly escorted him into custody at the Midtown North station where he stayed the night until being arraigned Friday morning at 10 a.m. at Midtown Community Court.

LaBeouf is complying with his alcohol abuse treatment 

The 'Transformers' actor showed up to the theatre seemingly drunk and began "acting up" by smoking cigarettes inside the building and grabbing the butts of several actor.

Upon the NYPD arriving, LaBeouf burst into a fit of rage and started threatening the officers. "F- you. This is f-ing bullshit. Do you know my life? Do you know who the f- I am? Do you know who I am?" he allegedly said to law enforcers.
