The 28 year-old actor was caught on camera attempting to engage in a physical altercation with an unknown man.
Shia LaBeouf's Thursday night (June 26th) arrest came a week after he nearly found himself in some other trouble.
The 28 year-old actor nearly got into a physical altercation with an unknown man outside a New York City strip club sometime last week.
The incident is caught on camera by TMZ, who posted the footage online on Sunday (June 29th).
LaBeouf seems to be intoxicated once again as he bounces around the other man as if he is preparing to get into a fistfight.
A security guard is positioned between the two, but the 'Fury' actor looks to be constantly mocking the unidentified male.
Once their confrontation is over, LaBeouf walks away from the situation very quickly.
It seems NYC is the setting for his recent bizarre behaviour, which cumulated in him getting charged with two counts of disorderly conduct, one count of criminal trespassing and one count of harassment after disrupting a Broadway play several days ago.
Police were called shortly after Labeouf entered Studio 54 during a performance of 'Caberet,' they escorted him into custody at the Midtown North station where he stayed the night until being arraigned Friday morning at 10 a.m. at Midtown Community Court.
The 'Transformers' star showed up to the theatre seemingly drunk and began "acting up" by smoking cigarettes inside the building and grabbing the butts of several actor.
According to eye witnesses, LaBeouf was threatening the police officers before being taken into custody and continued these antics when arriving at the precinct.
"He's cursing. He's jabbering away. He won't shut up," a police source said.
Furthermore, upon the NYPD arriving LaBeouf burst into a fit of rage and started threatening the officers. "F- you. This is f-ing bullshit. Do you know my life? Do you know who the f- I am? Do you know who I am?" he allegedly said to law enforcers.
