The brains behind hit comedy Shallow Hal are being sued by a set designer who was dismissed from the film after allegedly fighting off a series of sexual advances.

Movie making brothers PETER and Bobby Farrelly's CONUNDRUM ENTERTAINMENT company and Sony have been named in a suit served by SHARON DAVIS, who claims she was sexually harassed by the crew on the Gwyneth Paltrow film.

Davis alleges she had to fend off sexual advances and sexual innuendos, while she was working on the film and then she was dismissed when the work environment became too hostile.
