Shakira says her unborn baby is a ''true gift'' for her son.

The Colombian singer-songwriter is five months pregnant with her and boyfriend Gerard Piqué's second child and is excited for their son Milan to be getting a brother.

She told Brazilian TV show 'Domingo Espetacular': ''It's going to be a true gift for Milan to have a brother. I'd like to have a girl one day, but we'll see, because you never know what's going to happen.

''At the moment I'm happy because I love boys too,''

The 37-year-old star recently claimed that she dreams of having ''20 children'' with her soccer star lover, but seems to already have her hands full with Milan, who will turn two in January.

She explained: ''I try to be with him as much as possible. I look after him and his health, making sure that he eats well and on time, and that he sleeps well... When he sleeps well I'm happy.''

The 'Can't Remember to Forget You' singer also opened up about her relationship with Gerard - who she has been dating since 2011 - revealing that the secret to their great bond is their shared values.

She added: ''The family is really important to him; he is a real family man. We share the same values and that's one of the most important things, that's what makes our relationship so special.''
