Rap mogul Sean '' Combs has drastically slashed the asking price of two luxury homes in a bid to offload the properties.
The hip-hop star has cut the price on his plush New York City apartment by around $600,000 (£387,096) in a desperate attempt to sell the Manhattan property, which is now now on the market for $7.9 million (£5.2 million), down from the $8.5 million (£5.4 million) asking price last year (12).
The rapper has also reduced his luxury Alpine estate in New Jersey down to $9.9 million (£6.4 million) - a heavily discounted price tag from when he last put the property up for sale in 2006 for $13.5 million (£8.7 million).
The spacious manor sits on a hill over three acres of land and features a putting green, tennis court and swimming pool, plus seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms and an aquarium.
