Scarlett Johansson is one of the hottest ladies in Hollywood, both aesthetically and in terms of her career, however, after getting divorced from Ryan Reynolds in 2010, and having been linked to a few guys since, she's still off marriage, and she's in the majority on that one. She speaks about her values in relationships to Elle.

"I got married when I was young and it was incredibly romantic and I liked being married, actually," she tells the magazine. "But it is different. It's hard to put into words. To me, being in a functioning relationship doesn't mean you have to be married. Is that weird?" Well, not really. As Yahoo have reported, the average age to marry has risen sharply since the 50s, from 20, to 27. Plus, as Dr Shapiro, a psychologist, told Yahoo "Many young adults view their 20s as a prolonged period of self-exploration with the goal of creating independent selfhood and establishing an adult identity which is often very closely tied to career."

"The only time I ever think about [marriage] is when people ask me. It's really not important to me. It has no relevance to me right now." Scarlett continued "I'm not having kids any time soon, I'm in a nice relationship, I'm working a lot, and, like I said, it's not important to me."
