Scarlett Johansson says reprising her role of Natasha Romanoff/Black Widow in the 'Avengers' movie is like welcoming back an old familiar friend.
The 27-year-old actress is reprising her role of Natasha Romanoff/Black Widow in the forthcoming superhero movie, and after starring as the character in 2010's 'Iron Man 2' she was well prepared for wearing the costume.
When asked what it was like playing the Black Widow again, she replied: ''I love her. So putting on the suit is like, 'Ah, the old familiar friend'. You have all this history to fall back on.
''She's all business. She's just a machine. You can't get her down.''
Scarlett is starring alongside the likes of Robert Downey Jr. (Iron Man), Chris Hemsworth (Thor) and Chris Evans (Captain America) in the film, and she hoping for a positive reaction from the motion picture after receiving an ''awesome'' fan response when she was cast in the role.
She added to Total Film magazine: ''To have such a great fan response felt awesome, especially as I put so much work into it physically.''
