Sarah Palin is reportedly unhappy that the Hollywood actress Julianne Moore is set to play her in a forthcoming movie.
Sarah Palin, the Republican politician and former Governor of Alaska, has spoken for the first time about plans to adapt her story into a feature-length movie, reports Fox News.Julianne Moore is set to play the controversial politician in the forthcoming movie 'Game Change', based on the book of the same name by John Heilemann and Mark Halperin. The film is likely to focus on John McCain's failed Presidential election in 2008 and the role that Palin played in his downfall. However, the 47-year-old has criticised the movie's filmmakers for exploiting her story for financial gain, saying, "I think I'll just grit my teeth and bear whatever comes what may with that movie... I am all about job creation and I guess I could provide some of these gals who pretend they're me some job security". Palin continued, saying, "I would ask though that - if they're of the mind of spreading the wealth around - that perhaps they want to spring for one of my kid's braces or something as they capitalise on pretending to be me".
A recent Washington Post/ABC News poll found that Sarah Palin's current ratings within the Republican Party are slumping. The former governor, who has hinted that she may join the 2012 presidential race, is currently scoring a 58 per cent favourable rating, compared to Mitt Romney who scores 60 and Mike Huckabee on 61.
