British singer Sarah Harding regrets undergoing a procedure to plump up her lips, branding it "a very silly thing to do".
The Girls Aloud star was spotted with a noticeably fuller pout earlier this year (11), prompting rumours she had undergone cosmetic surgery.
Harding, 29, admits she opted for a filler procedure in a bid to retain her youthful looks - but she has no plans to repeat the experience.
She tells Britain's Fabulous magazine, "It’s not something I’m going to be trying again, or anything I would recommend to anyone else. But, yeah, around Christmas I got a little bit experimental and decided to have some filler in my lips. Clearly that was a mistake.
"It was a case of approaching my 30s and not feeling confident about that. It was something that was on my mind a lot. I was very silly. It was a very silly thing to do. Thankfully my lips have gone back down again now and everything's okay."
