Transformers: The Last Knight Super Bowl Trailer

Has humanity been left to defend itself against the ruthless Decepticons now that Optimus Prime has vacated the planet? It may seem that way, but the Autobot leader is still relatively close by, seeking his own mission to uncover the secrets of his origins. Father and daughter Cade (Mark Wahlberg) and Tessa Yeager are surviving as best they can under the protection of the few Autobots that remain, but Megatron is on the warpath reducing the planet to rubble and wiping out every human that stands in the way of his domination. There's a hopeless, apocalyptic mood running through this new story, because the war between man and machine will no doubt continue to wage until one of both races are extinct. However, there may be, at least, another hero who can save Earth from total ruin.

Transformers: The Last Knight - Teaser Trailer

With the few remaining Autobots in hiding, the world is a dark place. Galvatron is still at large and Optimus Prime has left earth to fulfil a bigger mission, having gone to seek out the Creators. Having previously helped the Autobots, Cade Yeager is still in danger and the war between man and machine is reaching ever higher levels.

The Decepticons still have a wish to invade and take over the planet Earth and now it looks like they might be in the best position to do so. Why do these machines have such a fascination with our planet and how many genuine Autobots are left to help fight alongside humans?

The soundtrack to the first trailer for Transformers: The Last Knight is a re-working of Flaming Lips single 'Do You Realize' recorded by Ursine Vulpine.

The world's favourite swashbuckling quartet are back in a stunning new adventure series adapted by BBC One from Alexandre Dumas' 'The Three Musketeers' and starring an exceptional ensemble cast.

The new show is named merely 'The Musketeers' and, although is based on the main framework of the 1844 novel, is in fact a series of newly created escapades, occasionally inspired by the events of the original story. Creator Adrian Hodges wanted to go for something a little different from the last few decades of popular movie adaptions, which include Richard Lester's 1973 version starring Michael York and Charlton Heston, the 1993 Disney film with Chris O'Donnell and Tim Curry, and who could forget the animated adventure 'Dogtanian and the Three Muskehounds'?

Heroes: Season One Review

Excellent
I came to the Heroes ball late. I watched a bit of the first episode on original release, got distracted, and gave up. Not until the first full season was released on DVD did I catch up on what I'd missed: An excellent supernatural drama filled with interesting, unique characters, exciting stories, and fun plot twists.

Basically, Heroes is a comic book come to life, telling us of average people who suddenly find they have special, superhuman powers. A cheerleader, Claire (Hayden Panettiere), discovers she can heal any injury (it's a good thing, too, she'd be dead about 20 times over if she couldn't). A congressional candidate (Adrian Pasdar) can fly. A cop (Greg Grunberg) can read minds. And so on. The story that evolves over the 23 episodes of season one ultimately concern a serial killer, Sylar (Zachary Quinto), who is preying on superheroes and sucking out their powers for himself, and a nuclear bomb that is foretold by one hero to decimate New York City. Somehow the heroes are involved... but they might be able to stop it.
