Watch Bullock and her beats below
Is there anything Sandra Bullock can’t do? As Dr. Ryan Stone, she didn’t actually go into space, but if her and George Clooney’s filming testimonies are anything to go by, it was of the most gruelling movies they’ve ever made.

But adopting hundreds of different roles isn’t her only talent; she’s got a serious amount of swagger, as was evidenced by her appearance on Jonathan Ross to promote Gravity, in which she gave a word-for-word rendition of the to Sugarhill Gang's 'Rapper's Delight'.
"I liked this guy in high school, and I was like, 'Next time I go to that dance, I'm going to know every word, and I'll make sure he sees me lip-syncing it," the 49-year-old actress told host Jonathan Ross. "'And I'm going to catch his eye, and I'm gonna say the words, and he's going to like me.' And sadly, it worked."
What followed was a remarkably casual version of the rap classic. Bullock nonchalantly spat the lyrics that propelled The Sugarhill Gang to rap notoriety like it was ‘Happy Birthday’, delighting the ITV audience and Jonathan Ross in the process. Fellow Oscar contender Tom Hanks was on the sofa, backstage, visably enjoying the performance.
But he’ll be hoping his film – Captain Phillips – will outgun Bullock’s Gravity when it comes to handing out those golden statuettes in March 2014.
In other Gravity news, the space thriller has finally been handed a Chinese release, meaning its emergence in the second biggest world film market is assured. The Chinese weren’t initially willing to show the movie due to a reluctance to promote NASA alongside a swelling quota, but eventually entry was granted.
